What Can You Expect from our Therapy Process

We start with a one-on-one session to learn more about your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy. This conversation helps us determine the best therapeutic approach for your specific needs.

1. Initial Consultation

Based on your initial session, we’ll create a tailored therapy plan—whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or anything in between. Your therapist will walk you through what to expect and answer any questions.

2. Personalized Treatment Plan

Therapy sessions are collaborative, goal-focused, and adapted to your progress. We’ll work together to build tools for lasting change and emotional wellness—whether that means developing coping strategies, improving communication, or processing deeper experiences.

3. Ongoing Support & Progress

As therapy progresses, we periodically review your goals and adjust the approach as needed. You’ll always have a clear understanding of where you are and what the next steps look like.
