What to Expect

Parents will work with a therapist to learn and apply structured behavior management techniques. and involves coaching sessions to improve parent-child interactions. For teens, it involves working with the parents and also the teen on setting up a behavior contract with meaningful rewards/consequences. Generally, it takes between 4-6 sessions to get things going in a better direction.
