​I am a Licensed Psychologist (and also a child psychologist) currently practicing in Katy, Texas. I earned my doctorate from the University of Houston, an evidenced-based program approved by the American Psychological Association. I have been practicing for over 23 years combined in both school districts and in private practice. I specialize in conducting psychological evaluations and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. I assess many areas including AD/HD, autism (ADOS-2 trained), oppositional defiant disorder, mood disorders (including bipolar), depression, and anxiety (GAD, OCD, phobias). I conduct psychological evaluations for clients from toddlers (18 months for developmental delays) to adults in need of accommodations for college or a differential diagnosis for suspected disorders that were never diagnosed in childhood. My specialties also include assessment of personality disorders. I also provide Parent Management Training for emotional dysregulation and/or defiance that often accompanies ADHD and ODD. I have advanced training in testing for learning disabilities including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia (reading, writing, and math disorders). My specialization also includes expertise in neuropsychological testing which explores issues related to memory, attention, visual-spatial processing, language, and executive functioning. I am also bilingual (English/Spanish) and the owner of Katy Psychological Services, PLLC.
