I am a provisionally licensed bilingual (Spanish) psychologist. I earned my master’s degree in forensic psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology-XULA, an APA-accredited program in 2025. Throughout my clinical training and professional experience, I have worked with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, the Department of Veterans Affairs, university counseling, and the adult and juvenile justice systems. I have experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations assessing for Autism, ADHD, intellectual developmental disabilities, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I have also been trained in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). My approach to therapy emphasizes a strong therapeutic relationship, collaboration, and a multicultural lens. I strive to help my clients by providing a supportive environment to explore themselves, build practical skills, and make meaningful change.
